Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to penetrate new markets and expand InnovateSync's client base, specifically within enterprise accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value opportunities by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing, leveraging a deep understanding of our AI & SaaS offerings.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align sales strategies with product roadmap and market demand.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential threats, and new growth avenues.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches that articulate the unique value proposition of InnovateSync's solutions.
- Negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales, specifically within the AI or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar quotas and successfully closing complex enterprise deals.
