Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies to penetrate new markets and verticals
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with CMOs, VPs of Sales, and CTOs at target enterprises
- Lead complex contract negotiations with six-figure+ ARR deals
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify untapped revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product roadmap
- Mentor junior BDRs and sales associates through structured training programs
- Track KPIs and deliver quarterly revenue growth exceeding 25% YoY
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B business development experience with proven $500K+ ARR deal closure track record
- Demonstrated success in enterprise SaaS sales cycles with complex stakeholder management
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo/LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate market data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
