Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel BD strategies targeting enterprise fintech clients
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Fortune 500 stakeholders
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary SaaS providers
- Analyze market trends to develop actionable competitive intelligence reports
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Collaborate with product teams to align BD initiatives with roadmap priorities
- Mentor junior BD associates through structured training programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years B2B BD experience with proven SaaS/fintech track record
- Executive-level stakeholder management with $500K+ deal experience
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and market intelligence tools
- Strategic certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) or MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success in building partner ecosystems in regulated industries
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies and ROI modeling
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities
