Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies across APAC markets
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging unicorns
- Lead complex deal negotiations with multi-million dollar contracts
- Conduct market analysis to identify untapped revenue streams
- Collaborate with product teams to align BD initiatives with customer needs
- Present growth roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with 3+ in APAC
- Proven track record of closing deals >$1M value
- Expertise in SaaS or fintech verticals
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional ASEAN languages a plus)
- Advanced CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution
- Experience managing high-performing BD teams
