The Role: You'll spearhead our B2B expansion across North America, identifying high-value partnerships, negotiating enterprise deals, and developing scalable growth frameworks. This hybrid role offers 2 days remote work with access to our Manhattan headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions
- Develop and execute multi-channel go-to-market strategies for new service lines
- Lead contract negotiations and complex deal structuring with 6+ figure contracts
- Analyze market trends to inform product development and positioning
- Manage a pipeline of 50+ qualified leads using Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market demands
- Present to C-level stakeholders at industry conferences and summits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in B2B business development, SaaS/fintech experience required
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($500k+ ARR)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Strong network within financial services or technology sectors
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strategic mindset with experience in market expansion and competitive analysis
- Ability to travel 20-30% for client meetings and industry events
