Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic market penetration plans across North America
- Identify and qualify high-value B2B partnerships with Fortune 500 companies
- Lead contract negotiations and closing of 6-8 major deals annually
- Analyze market trends to inform product development and positioning
- Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with client needs
- Build and manage a pipeline of 50+ qualified leads monthly
- Present quarterly growth strategies to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development, SaaS experience preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding $5M annual revenue targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics
- Strong network of C-level contacts in tech/finance sectors
- Certified in Strategic Partner Management (SPM) or equivalent
- Experience building partner ecosystems in emerging markets
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
