Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and fintech innovators
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies for 3 new geographic markets
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to inform growth initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to align business development with product roadmap
- Manage a $5M annual pipeline and achieve 120% of quarterly revenue targets
- Present growth strategies to the executive board and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B business development experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record of closing deals >$500K
- Expertise in market entry strategies and partnership development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional negotiation skills and executive presence
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
