Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B business development, with 3+ years in APAC markets.
- Proven success in closing enterprise deals valued at $500K+ annually.
- Expertise in SaaS, fintech, or professional services industries.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is highly desirable.
