Responsibilities
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies to capture new market segments
- Cultivate C-level relationships with Fortune 500 and emerging tech companies
- Lead complex contract negotiations securing multi-year partnerships worth $1M+
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align commercial strategies with innovation roadmaps
- Mentor junior BDRs and build a high-performance business development engine
- Present quarterly growth strategies to the executive leadership team
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($500K+ average deal size)
- Deep expertise in SaaS, FinTech, or cloud infrastructure markets
- Certified in Salesforce.com and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in market research tools
- Fluent in English with bilingual French proficiency considered a major asset
