- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Mentor a high-performing BD team while maintaining individual sales targets
- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market demands
- Present quarterly growth roadmaps to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with SaaS/fintech focus
- Proven track record of closing 7-figure enterprise deals
- Expertise in market penetration strategy and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Strong financial modeling and ROI projection capabilities
- Certified in strategic partnership management (SPM)
- Experience building BD teams from 0 to 10+ members
