Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 enterprises and emerging fintech leaders
- Develop and execute multi-channel go-to-market strategies to penetrate underserved verticals
- Lead complex negotiations for revenue-sharing agreements and co-development initiatives
- Analyze market trends to inform product positioning and competitive differentiation
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align partnership roadmaps with customer needs
- Build and manage a pipeline generating $5M+ in annual recurring revenue
- Mentor junior BD associates on negotiation tactics and stakeholder management
Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B business development with 3+ years in fintech/SaaS
- Proven track record of closing partnerships with $1M+ ARR
- Expertise in market segmentation and competitive landscape analysis
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into tactical plans
- Strong network within financial services technology ecosystem
- BS/BA in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
