Responsibilities
- Design and execute scalable business development strategies across North American markets
- Cultivate executive relationships with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups
- Lead complex negotiations for strategic partnerships and revenue-generating agreements
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify untapped opportunities
- Develop and manage a 12-18 month pipeline generating $5M+ in annual recurring revenue
- Mentor junior BD team members and optimize sales methodologies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align commercial strategies with product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development, tech sector preferred
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ enterprise deals
- Expertise in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software commercialization
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong quantitative background with MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience building BD teams and scalable processes
