- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and key industry stakeholders
- Develop and execute comprehensive market penetration strategies for North American expansion

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in B2B business development with 3+ in fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets ($5M+ annually)
- Expertise in market entry strategies and partnership development
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional negotiation and executive-level communication abilities
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
