- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise clients in tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies aligned with market expansion goals
- Lead complex negotiations and close high-value contracts ($500K+ ARR)
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform growth initiatives
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create targeted go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain executive relationships at C-suite level
- Maintain CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development or partnership management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in SaaS or tech
- Expertise in enterprise sales cycles and complex contract negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM analytics platforms
- Network of contacts in Bay Area tech ecosystem preferred
