Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging market leaders
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines across North America and EMEA
- Lead end-to-end deal lifecycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform growth initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to align business development with client needs
- Present quarterly growth strategies and KPIs to the C-suite
- Mentor junior BD associates to build high-performance revenue teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in B2B business development or enterprise sales with $1M+ deal experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in SaaS or professional services
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex contract structuring experience
- Strong industry network within financial services or technology sectors
- Ability to travel internationally (25%) for client acquisition and partnership events
