- Lead cross-functional initiatives between sales, marketing, and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform growth opportunities
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements with 7-figure value potential
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects exceeding $5M in target revenue
- Present growth strategies and KPIs to the executive board quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with SaaS or tech sector experience
- Proven track record of closing partnerships generating $10M+ annual revenue
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Executive-level presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of market entry strategies and regulatory compliance
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Experience scaling operations across international markets
- Certified in strategic partnership management (SPM) or equivalent
