Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise clients in financial services and SaaS sectors
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies to achieve 150% YoY growth targets
- Lead complex contract negotiations and manage end-to-end deal cycles
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue streams and untapped opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market demands
- Maintain CRM systems and generate weekly pipeline reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development or enterprise sales with $1M+ quota attainment
- Proven track record of closing deals in fintech or SaaS industries
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data-driven sales methodologies
- Strong network of contacts at C-level in financial services or technology
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Certification in negotiation or strategic partnerships (preferred)
