Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging fintech disruptors
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies across North America and APAC regions
- Lead complex B2B negotiations resulting in multi-million dollar contracts
- Conduct market analysis to uncover untapped revenue streams and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with market demands and client pain points
- Mentor junior BD associates and optimize team performance through data-driven methodologies
- Present growth strategies to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive business development experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding $10M annual revenue targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in enterprise-level contracts
- Strong understanding of payment processing, blockchain, or financial regulations
- Ability to travel internationally (25-30%) for market expansion initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
