Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth
- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 financial institutions and emerging fintech leaders
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify untapped opportunities and growth vectors
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders across C-suite, procurement, and technical teams
- Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to contract execution and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align partnership opportunities with product roadmaps
- Develop and present compelling business cases and ROI models for prospective partnerships
- Track KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B business development, partnerships, or corporate development within fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships with $500k+ annual revenue impact
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in complex commercial agreements
- Deep understanding of financial services industry regulations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market sizing, competitive analysis, and financial modeling
- Executive presence and ability to build credibility with C-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and partnership management tools
