- Closing Strategy: Lead negotiations and drive the deal cycle from initial contact to contract signing.

- Team Leadership: Mentor junior sales representatives and collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the B2B technology sector.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically and develop long-term strategic plans to expand market share.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
