Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintech startups, and enterprise clients to expand market reach
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, driving $5M+ in annual pipeline generation
- Lead complex negotiations securing 10+ enterprise-level agreements quarterly with contract values exceeding $1M
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product positioning and identify white-space opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into actionable product roadmaps
- Mentor junior BDRs while maintaining 150+ active prospect relationships in Salesforce
- Present quarterly growth strategies to the executive board with data-backed ROI projections
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development or sales with proven track record in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech
- Expertise in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger Sale) with $10M+ deal closure history
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce), market intelligence platforms, and BI tools
- Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills demonstrated through Fortune 500 client engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
- Strategic thinking ability to translate market insights into actionable growth initiatives
- Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems with 20+ channel relationships
