- Lead complex contract negotiations closing 6-7 figure deals quarterly
- Collaborate with product team to align solutions with market demands
- Mentor junior BD team members on sales methodologies
- Present quarterly growth reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years B2B sales/business development experience in enterprise SaaS
- Proven track record of $500K+ annual quota attainment
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and data-driven pipeline management
- Strong network within Chicago's business community
- Strategic thinker with MBA or equivalent credentials
