Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging fintech leaders
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product verticals
- Lead complex contract negotiations with 6-7 figure deal values
- Analyze market trends to identify $1M+ revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align BD initiatives with roadmap priorities
- Mentor junior BD specialists and optimize team conversion funnels
- Present quarterly growth KPIs to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B tech business development with $5M+ annual deal closure experience
- Proven track record in fintech or enterprise SaaS partnerships
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Strong network of C-level relationships in financial services sector
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate market insights into action plans
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in remote/hybrid environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
