Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel go-to-market strategies targeting enterprise fintech clients
- Forge and nurture C-level partnerships with Fortune 500 financial institutions
- Lead full-cycle sales process: prospecting, discovery, proposal, and contract negotiation
- Analyze market trends to identify new verticals and geographic expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align BD initiatives with product roadmap
- Manage quarterly KPIs including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and deal velocity
- Present market insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with 4+ years in fintech or financial services
- Proven track record of closing 6+ figure enterprise deals annually
- Expertise in SaaS sales cycles and value-based selling methodologies
- Strong network within financial institutions or fintech ecosystems
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to travel domestically 20% of time for client meetings and conferences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
