Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging SaaS leaders
- Develop data-driven market entry strategies for North American expansion
- Lead complex contract negotiations worth $500K+
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closed deals
- Analyze market trends to inform product roadmap adjustments
- Mentor junior BD associates on negotiation tactics and CRM optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to align BD initiatives with customer pain points
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS business development with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($250K+ ACV)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing and competitive analysis
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication abilities
- Certified in Sandler Selling Methodology or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
