Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, fintech disruptors, and enterprise clients
- Develop and execute scalable business development frameworks to penetrate untapped markets
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from prospecting to contract negotiation and revenue optimization
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points to inform growth strategies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align BD initiatives with product roadmap
- Design and manage partner incentive programs driving 30%+ annual revenue growth
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B business development or partnership management with SaaS/fintech experience
- Proven track record of closing 7-figure deals and building enterprise partnerships
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to structure complex commercial agreements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Deep network of C-level contacts in financial services or technology sectors
