Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging industry disruptors
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines in North American and European markets
- Lead complex negotiations resulting in multi-million dollar contracts with 18-24 month ROI cycles
- Analyze market trends to identify $10M+ revenue opportunities using data-driven frameworks
- Build and manage a pipeline of 50+ qualified leads through targeted outreach and industry events
- Collaborate with product teams to align BD initiatives with product roadmap and customer needs
- Mentor junior BD associates on negotiation tactics and relationship management best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with proven $5M+ annual quota attainment
- Expertise in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology sectors
- Strong track record of closing enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV)
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- Cross-cultural negotiation experience in international markets
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field preferred
