- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns for high-potential segments
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly/annual targets
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior team members on best practices in business development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B business development or sales
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in tech or fintech industries
- Expertise in market expansion strategies and partnership development
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and KPIs
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience working in APAC markets with deep understanding of regional dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
