Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise clients, C-level executives, and industry influencers
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure, maintaining $1M+ pipeline
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align client needs with solution development
- Present at industry events and trade shows to build brand authority
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly pipeline reports to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets (minimum $500K annually)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in multi-year enterprise contracts
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Deep network within target industries (finance, healthcare, or technology)
