Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players in fintech and enterprise sectors
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies for APAC market penetration
- Lead complex negotiations and contract finalizations with C-level executives
- Conduct market analysis to uncover untapped revenue streams and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to align business objectives with innovative solutions
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between sales, marketing, and product teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B business development within fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ deals in APAC markets
- Exceptional strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Deep network of C-level contacts in Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Relevant degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (highly advantageous)
