Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product lines in APAC and EMEA regions
- Lead complex B2B negotiations resulting in $1M+ annual contracts
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap
- Collaborate with product teams to translate client needs into feature requirements
- Present at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Maintain 95% client retention rate through strategic account management
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with SaaS/fintech experience
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Certified in strategic partnership management (ASCM or equivalent)
- Experience scaling operations across international markets
- Strong financial acumen with ability to build ROI models
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish preferred
- BS/BA in Business, Economics, or related field
