Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies in the fintech and healthtech sectors
- Develop and execute multi-channel go-to-market strategies for new service lines
- Lead contract negotiations and closing of enterprise deals exceeding $1M annually
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform product development priorities
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with 12+ qualified opportunities per quarter
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to position value propositions
- Mentor junior BD associates through structured training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in B2B sales/business development with SaaS experience
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in regulated industries
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Strong network of C-level contacts in target verticals
