Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and fintech disruptors
- Develop and execute scalable business development strategies across 3+ vertical markets
- Lead complex negotiations resulting in $5M+ annual revenue deals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline of 50+ qualified prospects through targeted outreach
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align BD initiatives with product roadmaps
- Present growth metrics and ROI analysis to executive stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development, SaaS, or fintech experience
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals ($500K+)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Deep understanding of payment processing, blockchain, or B2B SaaS models
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong network of C-level contacts in financial services or tech
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience managing BD teams and mentorship programs
