Responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate new verticals (B2B SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare) through data-driven market analysis
- Architect and execute multi-channel GTM strategies including channel partnerships, co-marketing, and ecosystem integration
- Lead complex enterprise negotiations with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
- Develop quarterly business plans with KPIs (MRR growth, pipeline value, partner activation)
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align BD initiatives with product roadmap
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy with Salesforce.com
Qualifications
- 8+ years B2B BD/Sales experience in SaaS with $5M+ quota attainment
- Proven track record of structuring strategic partnerships (resellers, integrators, alliances)
- Expertise in enterprise sales cycles with 6-18 month closing cycles
- Advanced proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools (Gong, Chorus)
- Strong financial acumen with experience modeling ROI and TCO for enterprise clients
- Experience scaling BD teams and mentoring junior professionals
