Responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate untapped markets in Southeast Asia and India
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines
- Cultivate executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders at financial institutions
- Lead complex negotiations for multi-million dollar partnerships
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic product development
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment
- Deliver quarterly KPIs including revenue targets and partner acquisition
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years in B2B business development, with 3+ in fintech/financial services
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets (min $5M annually)
- Expertise in cross-border negotiations and regulatory landscapes
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics
- Established network within APAC financial services ecosystem
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into action
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin
