Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and penetrate new markets and client segments.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure high-value strategic partnerships and key accounts.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment to proposal generation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless integration and successful go-to-market strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on pipeline status and revenue objectives.
- Represent Synergy Tech Corp at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic sales, or partnership management, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding aggressive sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret market data and formulate actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and complex deal structures.
