Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and close high-value enterprise partnerships.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to penetrate new industry verticals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery to contract negotiation and final sign-off.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align client needs with our roadmap.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and executive summits to bolster brand authority.
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through proactive pipeline management.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership based on market trends and competitor analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B Business Development or Enterprise Sales, preferably within SaaS.
- Demonstrated history of closing $500k+ ARR deals and navigating complex organizational buying structures.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) and data-driven pipeline tracking.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a high-growth startup environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and regional events.
