Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies targeting enterprise clients in fintech and SaaS sectors
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and industry disruptors
- Lead full-cycle deal negotiations from prospecting to contract closure with multi-million dollar targets
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with product roadmap
- Maintain CRM systems and generate detailed performance reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in fintech or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with enterprise clients ($5M+ deals)
- Expertise in strategic partnership development and complex negotiation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C-suite experience
- BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
