Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate high-value strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging tech leaders
- Develop and execute comprehensive market penetration strategies across North America and EMEA
- Lead complex B2B negotiations resulting in 7+ figure annual contracts
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform growth initiatives
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through targeted outreach and industry events
- Collaborate with product teams to align BD efforts with product roadmaps and innovation
- Mentor junior BD staff and optimize sales methodologies for scalable growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with proven track record in SaaS or tech
- Expertise in strategic partnerships, M&A integration, and market expansion
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and ROI metrics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience closing multi-million dollar deals
