Responsibilities
- Identify and penetrate new enterprise markets across SaaS, fintech, and cybersecurity sectors
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders and channel partners
- Lead full-cycle sales pipeline from prospecting to contract closure
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform growth strategies
- Collaborate with product teams to align solutions with market demands
- Present at industry conferences and thought leadership events
- Mentor junior BD team members on negotiation and relationship-building techniques
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with SaaS/fintech focus
- Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ annual sales targets
- Expertise in enterprise sales cycles with 6+ figure deal closures
- Certification in HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong network of 500+ enterprise contacts in Pacific region
- Experience managing remote international teams across APAC/EMEA
- Proficiency in market analysis tools (SimilarWeb, Crunchbase Pro)
