Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans with enterprise-level fintech companies
- Identify and penetrate new markets across North America and Europe
- Lead complex negotiations resulting in $5M+ annual revenue contracts
- Conduct market analysis to identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with product teams to align commercial strategies with innovation roadmap
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with target organization executives
- Present quarterly growth strategies to the executive board
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B business development with focus on fintech/SaaS
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level partnerships ($1M+ ARR)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in multi-region deals
- Strong network within financial services technology ecosystem
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
