Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to capture enterprise-level market share.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery calls to final contract negotiations and closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to align value propositions with market demands.
- Represent the company at high-profile industry conferences and executive roundtables.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasting to leadership.
- Nurture long-term strategic relationships with C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 accounts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS Business Development or Enterprise Sales.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed annual revenue quotas exceeding $2M.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a penchant for executive-level storytelling.
- Deep understanding of the modern sales stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and regional events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
