Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and emerging tech startups
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new service lines in North American markets
- Lead contract negotiations worth $1M+ and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform expansion decisions
- Collaborate with product teams to align business development initiatives with innovation roadmaps
- Present growth strategies to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior BD associates and optimize sales funnel conversion rates
Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B tech business development with proven M&A/partnership experience
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets ($5M+ annual quota)
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Expertise in SaaS enterprise sales cycles and channel development
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and analytics tools
- Strong network within NYC tech ecosystem preferred
- Certification in strategic partnership management (SPM) a plus
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
