In this role, you will lead the artistic direction for high-visibility marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-impact visual designs across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate strategic goals into compelling, high-converting brand assets.
- Establish, maintain, and elevate cohesive brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Prepare production-ready design assets for print vendors and web development implementation.
- Present creative concepts and design rationale confidently to key stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a creative agency or fast-growing tech company.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery in branding, layout, typography, and digital design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of digital design best practices, including responsive design and basic UI/UX principles.
- Proven ability to self-manage, prioritize projects, and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset.
