Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for key client accounts and internal projects, ensuring brand consistency.
- Oversee the design team, providing mentorship, feedback, and setting high standards for visual quality.
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines, style guides, and visual systems that scale.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels, including digital, print, and social.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in art direction and graphic design.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and visual excellence.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring design teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present work to non-design audiences.
- Deep understanding of print, digital, and motion design principles.
