Responsibilities
- Design and oversee end-to-end execution of corporate conferences, product launches, and exclusive galas for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets with meticulous financial planning and vendor negotiations
- Lead cross-functional teams including designers, AV technicians, and catering partners
- Develop innovative event concepts leveraging emerging technologies and immersive storytelling
- Analyze post-event ROI metrics and create data-driven optimization strategies
- Cultivate strategic relationships with premium venues and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in high-end event management with corporate/luxury portfolio
- Proven expertise managing budgets exceeding $500K with P&L accountability
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation preferred
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to navigate complex logistics
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite)
- Strong crisis management capabilities with 24/7 event responsiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
