Responsibilities

- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics
- Manage $1M+ annual paid media budget across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Mentor junior marketers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Stay ahead of digital trends and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI chatbots, AR experiences)
Qualifications
- 5+ years digital marketing experience with proven success in B2C e-commerce
- Expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Strong data visualization skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot preferred
- Proficiency in marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
- Portfolio showcasing campaign results with 30%+ YoY growth metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
