Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from conceptualization to construction documentation
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design systems integration
- Manage client relationships and project timelines using BIM technologies
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban sites
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design excellence
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and LEED standards
- Present design concepts to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of experience in high-end architectural practice
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C certification required
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative residential/commercial projects
- New York State Architect License (RA) mandatory
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning regulations
- Experience leading projects over $5M in construction value
