Responsibilities
- Lead design development for mixed-use and luxury residential projects
- Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations
- Coordinate MEP, structural, and interior design systems integration
- Manage client relationships and project timelines through all phases
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban sites
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining design quality control
- Research and implement innovative sustainable materials and systems
- Present design concepts to clients and review boards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (NAAB accredited)
- 8+ years progressive experience in high-end architectural practice
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C certification strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning design excellence
- Deep knowledge of Chicago building codes and zoning regulations
- Experience with large-scale mixed-use and hospitality projects
- Exceptional communication and client presentation skills
