Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design development from concept to construction documentation
- Create innovative architectural solutions using BIM software (Revit)
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
- Develop detailed material palettes and spatial planning strategies
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews
- Present compelling design narratives to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 8+ years of progressive architectural design experience
- NYC architectural license required
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and commercial projects
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations
